 Congratulations to Sandy Varin, the
OzTek 2011 "Australasian Technical Diver of the Year". This is a huge
honour and represents the pinnacle of recognition for contributions to,
and achievements in the sport in the Southern Hemisphere. The award is a
fitting tribute to her and her partner Dave Bardi, the 2 most
