Colin's Adventures

Who is Colin? Colin (or Columbia as he is properly known) is the Wetmules mascot. He was found, cold, wet, frightened and alone, floating face down in the duckweed in Hypipamee Crater. We fished him out, resuscitated him and from that point on he has been eternally grateful. In fact he won't leave our side!

Have a look below to keep up with Colin's adventures since he joined the Wetmules during their exploits.

Colin's First Nullarbor Trip!

Gee Col is starting to get around. Ken took him out to the Nullarbor for  a spot of caving and diving with good buddies Liz Rogers, Paul Hosie, Al Polini, Grant Pearce and plenty more besides. Let's have a look what he got up to...

Here's Colin meeting Paul Hosie's partner Christie for the first time. "What's going on here?" yells Paul as he sees Christie staring into Colin's (3) eyes.

But it's hard to hold a grudge against Col for long. Let bygones be bygones says Paul, and they're great mates now!

Colin being sun-smart using Ken's helmet. Lucky he has no ears or they'd get burnt.

And of course, the Nullarbor is just PERFECT for bowling, Colin's favourite sport.

The day I met Colin...

Ever met someone who you know is going to be a friend for life? That's the way I felt about Col. We did a dive together in Queensland and we really hit it off. He's really solid in the water and has excellent trim and buoyancy. He certainly has balls too...

This is Colin and I on our first dive in Hypipamee.

After we went diving, I took him up to meet the rest of the Wetmules and all our other friends. Talk about the life of the party! Col was into everything and actually I got a bit jealous 'cos everyone seemed to love him...

Then I discovered Col loved SCUBA bowling! Awesome!

Well played sir!
